We conduct business valuations on small-to-medium-sized closely held businesses for a variety of purposes. Valuations include controlling and non-controlling interests for both operating businesses and holding companies.

Our principal holds the CVA designation for business valuation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).

A notable specialty of ours is determination of the appropriate discounts for lack of control (DLOC) and lack of marketability (DLOM) for interests in real estate holding companies.
